Question 1

How do Fantasy Forge shirts and hoodies fit compared to standard retail sizing?

Accepted Answer

Our garments feature a modern unisex retail fit from XS through 5XL, alongside matching youth (S-XL), toddler (2T-5T), and infant onesies (0-24M). Garments are crafted from pre-shrunk cotton so they stay true to size. If you prefer a loose, relaxed fit for long campaign sessions around the tabletop, we recommend sizing up one level. You can also save your entire party's exact measurements into your secure Family Sizing Vault for instant 1-click sizing on every order.

Question 2

How does the Mix & Match Build Your Party Adventure Kit work?

Accepted Answer

Our Mix & Match Party Kit builder lets you handpick custom gear for every member of your tabletop campaign or family guild. You can assign hero roles (such as Dungeon Master, Spellcaster, Warrior, Rogue, Paladin, Bard, Healer, or Halfling Apprentice), pick any combination of tees, heavy hoodies, bags of holding, or tavern mugs, and customize exact sizes and colors. Bundling 2 items unlocks 10% off, 3 items unlocks 15% off and Free Courier Delivery, and 4 or more items unlocks 20% off plus 100 bonus Forge Embers.

Question 3

What fabric materials and construction standards do you use?

Accepted Answer

All Fantasy Forge Creations apparel is crafted with 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (32 singles yarn) or heavy 50/50 cotton-poly fleece for hoodies. Every piece features side-seamed retail tailoring, pre-shrunk weave, and platinum WRAP sweatshop-free certification.

Question 4

What printing technology and inks are used for Fantasy Forge artwork?

Accepted Answer

We use high-definition Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with OEKO-TEX certified, non-toxic, eco-friendly water-based inks. The artwork is cured directly into the cotton fibers at 350°F for vibrant colors that resist cracking and fading over dozens of dungeon crawls and wash cycles. Our inks are 100% kid-safe and gentle on sensitive skin.

Question 5

How should I care for and wash my fantasy graphic tees and hoodies?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cold inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid fabric softeners and never iron directly onto printed graphics to maintain pristine print durability.

Question 6

How long does realm shipping take and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Orders are custom printed on demand and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Realm Standard Courier delivery takes 5-8 business days ($5.99, or FREE on all orders $50+). Griffin Express Courier priority dispatch takes 3-5 business days ($12.99). Full doorstep tracking is provided via email and in your Guild Account portal.

Question 7

How do Forge Embers rewards and store credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every dollar spent on merchandise earns you 1 Forge Ember point. Every 10 Forge Embers can be redeemed for $1.00 in store credit toward eligible merchandise during checkout. You also receive 100 free bonus Forge Embers upon joining our adventurer guild, plus points for sharing customer photos in our Community Artifact Gallery.

Question 8

How are sales tax and shipping calculated when redeeming Forge Embers?

Accepted Answer

Sales tax is calculated strictly on the original taxable merchandise amount before Forge Ember credits are applied. Forge Embers discount the merchandise subtotal directly. Taxes and shipping are non-creditable government and carrier fees and must be settled in full.

Question 9

What is your Guild Happiness Guarantee and return policy?

Accepted Answer

We will promptly dispatch a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
